Once you get in touch, we'll arrange a visit to your property. We'll bring samples to show and explain everything to you. While you're browsing, we’ll measure each window. After you've chosen your blinds, we’ll provide a quote — and then it’s entirely up to you whether you'd like to go ahead.

From the point of order, the typical turnaround time is 2–3 weeks. We also offer an express service for faux wood Venetian blinds, which can be fitted within 7–10 working days for an additional fee.

We primarily serve Shrewsbury and the surrounding villages, but we're happy to travel further if it’s practical — just ask!

All blinds come with a 1-year manufacturer’s guarantee. If there’s a minor issue after that, we’ll still do our best to help where we can.
